Sign Up for Classes

Our new RX1 class is our core small group CrossFit class. To help control class sizes, we are providing two RX1 CrossFit classes per week, taken ideally Mondays & Thursdays or Tuesdays & Fridays. The remaining days are Endurance, Weightlifting and general WOD’s to provide maximum training opportunities. This is a developing program with room for additional classes based on your suggestions.
