FURY WELLness is currently on break for the Summer but will resume in September. Anticipated dates are September 7, 10am at CrossFit Fury and September 28, 10am at Litchfield Park Library Lawn. Please check back in August for class registrations.
Fury WELLness is a FREE Saturday workout and lecture designed specifically for those fighting metabolic illness and those who desire and are ready to make lifestyle changes. It is open to ANYONE, members and non-members alike.
Each class consists of 25 minutes of easy movement in a fun and social setting followed by a wellness topic with application (meal plans and home workouts). A staff of medical professionals are onsite for each class.
