We personally train 10-20 employees twice a week emphasizing:
- Mobility and safe movement patterns.
- Core strengthening and basic bodyweight exercises.
- General conditioning with functional movements.
- Team camaraderie through challenges and small group workouts.
We establish a baseline of fitness which we reevaluate every 6-8 weeks to confirm effectiveness of our program. At each baseline test we highlight two of the biggest performers and best attendees with special Fury gear for this program.
We setup weekly email threads where we follow up with participants to ensure enjoyment and success. Most importantly this is where we will introduce nutrition and lifestyle concepts which dramatically improve the programs success.
