Day in and day out all of you show up, work your tails off and take on challenges that quite possibly at one time were impossible to you. We have changed or are changing our diets to reflect this new found strength and it in turn builds on our strengths and we continually improve. We may joke that what we do is crazy or extreme but really its not, we exercise a few hours a week, eat food that fuels us as we were meant to be and we look and feel amazing!

So here is our chance to stand firm in our convictions and show our family and friends that what we do is not that crazy and in reality we have learned how to really enjoy things in our life. Dont settle like 94% of americans who provide their sides and desserts from boxes, packages or just add water and stir. Instead be the educated self conscious minority who care about their families health and well being and actually do something about it.

Check this out, if you call yourself a CrossFitter and you care about your health and fitness, find great paleo courses and sides this turkey day and show  your family and friends how great eating healthy can be. Obviously there may be some ‘crap’ foods at the party and there is  nothing we can do or say about it, they just aren’t coming from us.

As with anything CrossFit we will add some competition to this. If you take me up on this and post a picture of your creation on our Facebook page we will hook the best one up with the new paleo shirt that Alfred is wrapping up this week.  Ground rules are no gluten(duh) unless its your centerpiece, no refined sugars (or excessive sweeteners), No multi-syllable ingredients created in a laboratory somewhere… Other then that all is game!
