We have been experimenting lately with offering a Prep class on Saturday mornings and here is what we have developed. Starting at 7:30am at West View Highschool we cover basic running drills and technique. All of the running is kept on the shorter side with efficiency and mechanics being the focus.

Then after a 30 minute break starting at 9am there is a Prep/ Student athlete class Coached by Will. We really like this format because 1. running is very important and we should all try to be better at it and 2. the lifting and wod format on Saturdays more closely resembles what you will experience in CrossFit.

Unfortunately this will not be offered next Saturday the 30th but after the Games this will be the weekend class to attend if you want to get into CrossFit!
