The heat is back up again and it is getting rough for the kids to workout at 5 and 6. That means it must be time for another “Water Day.” We will put in a tough workout and more skill work, as always, but there will be some fun getting soaked and trying to stay cool. That means the kids should dress accordingly.
If you have them, wear some shoes that can get wet and not get totally water logged. You don’t have to wear a swim suit, but be prepared to get pretty wet. As always, the kids should always bring water to drink. We want to make sure they stay hydrated so they can have fun.
