We worked on more new elements today.  The preschoolers got on the rowers and started to get comfortable with pulling.

The older kids started to learn the Sumo Deadlift High Pull.  This is a complex movement, so we will be revisiting it soon, but they did great.  The Kids class then did the following workout:

5 rounds: 30 foot bear crawl, 10 situps, 30 foot bear crawl, 5 pullups

Everyone did great and had fun learning a new game: Crossfit Leapfrog.  The losing team had to do exercises out of a grab bag.


We always make time for some fun mixed in with our fitness.
