Additional items in the Paleo meal plan are nuts! Now we are not talking honey roasted peanuts, or any legume for that matter but true nuts and seeds. We are talking raw walnuts, pecans, sunflower, almonds, Pepita.

Take a variety of nuts and mix them in a jar. Then take a handful with you daily for snacking. These are good source of fat, protein and vitamins. Rotate between the varieties as you run out.

Variety is always important.
