Crossfit has so many new and different movements that it can be a bit overwhelming.  But the Fury kids are doing a great job of picking up on all of them and having fun doing it.  The younger kids worked on push up progressions pullups and swinging on the rings, and the older kids learned all about sled pulling and shoulder presses.  At the end of both classes, the kids started getting comfortable with the pullup bars and rings.  These kids will be ready for some benchmark workouts in no time.
