In case you didn’t know already….

Laurie, Britney’s mom who joined our gym the day we opened got her first pullup today! Here’s the kicker, she was doing no formal exercise pre-CrossFit. So all of you with your “I need to get in shape first” excuses, Crossfit is the best way to get into shape for CrossFit. Way to go Laurie! (while this was happening, her son in law was nailing doubles and triples of one-arm pullups. I will be sure to get that on video)
