The idea that your desire is greatly affected by your genetics is a head banger. I overlooked Rachel’s comment at first, but I then realized a statement I quite often make in regards to what someone needs to succeed in CrossFit. “Its not what you are physically capable of that matters, we can change that easily; we need you to have it mentally.” Meaning we need to you have that mental pre-determination… sounds slightly genetic.

Or again am I making excuses?
