What differentiates a good athlete from a great one? Training day after day with functional movements executed with high intensity? Yep. How about eating a balanced diet more days then not? Definitly. What about learning and practicing new sports regularly? I mean what improvements will we make if we do not try new things. All of these items are keys to success when practiced persistence. Everybody has the tools for success, persistence is what makes the difference.
