Lets see to what heights this crazy path will take us. The Paleo Challenge photo album has been made public for the next 12 hours or so. If you want copies of your pics you can download them from there. Once again great job to everyone who finished! If you have a recommendation for the next paleo challenge what would it be? Give us your thoughts because we WILL do this again! Goals. Have you thought of yours? Be prepared in class tomorrow to do some thinking&#8230; Remember our CrossFit Kids program runs on Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30pm and Saturdays 8am to 9am. Nothing like a little exercise to make things more peaceful at home! Yoga this Thursday is Canceled but will be back on Monday as usual.]]></description>

Andrea the instructor really put a hurt on most of us and we enjoyed it! Anything that makes you whine like a small child has got to be good for your right?? If you would be interested in attending monthly or semi monthly let us know in the comments and we will work it out! REMEMBER This weekend coming up is the CrossFit Games. Everything regarding the gyms hours, free Saturday class and new members/on-ramp class is addressed HERE. We will post any updates as they come.
