CrossFit Fury is a training center for people serious about their health and fitness. We support, encourage and motivate each other to constantly attain new heights. Regardless of your skill and fitness level, we can help you gain what you have lost, and reach what you haven’t. We are building a community where Health and Fitness is the norm, and our methods have proven results.

What are my Options?

All of our memberships include individual instruction, nutrition guidance and overall support and program design to help you reach your goals. Currently we offer three levels of membership ranging from beginners to advanced.

Basics: $75 a month.
Beginner level conditioning class which meets three times a week. Classes are fast, intense and highly effective.

CF-Prep: $90 a month.
Combination of Basics membership with additional barbell training (1-2 times a week) to teach the proper lifting mechanics and prepare the athlete for the CrossFit membership.

CrossFit: $120 a month.
Unlimited membership with profound results. The classes are an hour long, not for the faint of heart and extremely demanding.

Personal training is an option for individuals and small groups who desire more personal and more specific programming and training. Contact us if you are interested in learning more.

What are the Benefits of CrossFit?

PERSONAL ATTENTION: Coaches dedicated to your success and are here to help you whenever you need. We are not turning you loose to a bunch of machines but teaching and guiding you through workouts.

EXERCISES. We take the most effective exercises from any field imaginable. Imagine training with a track team one day, professional weightlifters another, then gymnasts the third. This is what we do everyday!

WORKOUTS. After you learn all these effective exercises we will combine them in limitless fashions to give you the best workouts you have ever experienced.

NUTRITION. Results come from a proper diet and regular exercise. Nutrition starts on day one!

CAMARADERIE. We are a team that supports one another. This is more then a place to exercise but a place where we all try to better ourselves.

With the team environment not only is there more accountability but enjoyment increases, there is much more energy, and people tend to simply work harder when there are others working just as hard around them.
