Memberships are separated into classes based upon your experience and ability in the program. All classes are in a small group format to provide the best coaching and workout experience possible. Athletes progress through our program at their own rate but all will experience the same quality of service. Members are put through an assessment with Fury staff at initiation of membership. This is used to accommodate you with our gym while we document initial stats, pictures and your ability in our six minute baseline workout. This is used to measure and ensure your success. Initial Assessments are mandatory when you sign up and cost $50.

Monthly Memberships

Basics is our introductory program where athletes are introduced to intense cardiovascular workouts with strong emphasis on proper mechanics and increased mobility. Rate is $105 a month and classes are 3 days a week.

CrossFit-Prep are two training sessions per week taken in addition to Basics classes. These training sessions introduce barbell strength training, olympic lifting, track workouts, and the more advanced gymnastic and calisthenic exercises. Rate is $120 a month consisting of 3 Basics classes and 2 Prep classes per week.

CrossFit classes are our most advanced class with very demanding workouts where athletes are always refining and pushing their skills and capabilities. Rate is $150 with training sessions 5 days a week.

Student Athlete is a CrossFit based strength and conditioning program for high school athletes in their off season. This will be very similar to our CrossFit Prep program but designed specifically for youth. Rate $100 with 3 training sessions per week.

Masters program slows down our Basics workouts with a much greater emphasis on balance and regaining any lost abilities or confidence. Maintaining health and independence is our priority in this program. Rate is $95 with 3 training sessions per month.

Punch Card and Individual Training.

CrossFit Kids: Members price: $10 a class or $70 for 8 classes. Non members pay $12 a class or $84 for 8 classes.

Elementary and Advanced classes designed around having fun, with plenty of work along the way.

CrossFit Competitor: local affiliates wishing to train with us to better prepare for qualification for CrossFit Games. $20 a class or $180 for a punchcard (10 classes) or $50 weekly.

CrossFit Affiliate: out of state CrossFitters are asked to only purchase a gym shirt. Weekly rates or above mentioned daily rates are available for longer stays.

CrossFit Prep/Student Athlete: $18 a class or $160 for a punchcard (10 classes)

Basics: $15 a class or $125 for a punchcard (10 classes)

Personal Training: One on one workouts with a trainer to go over any lifts,  skill improvements or general weaknesses.  $60 an hour or package deal: $500 for 10 Personal training sessions and half off your monthly membership.  

Consulting: Program design and implementation, Games prep, and gym design and development. $65 an hour.

PERSONAL ATTENTION: Coaches dedicated to your success and are here to help you whenever you need. We are not turning you loose to a bunch of machines but teaching and guiding you through workouts.

EXERCISES. We take the most effective exercises from any field imaginable. Imagine training with a track team one day, professional weightlifters another, then gymnasts the third. This is what we do everyday!

WORKOUTS. After you learn all these effective exercises we will combine them in limitless fashions to give you the best workouts you have ever experienced.

NUTRITION. Results come from a proper diet and regular exercise. Nutrition starts on day one!

CAMARADERIE. We are a team that supports one another. This is more then a place to exercise but a place where we all try to better ourselves.

With the team environment not only is there more accountability but enjoyment increases, there is much more energy, and people tend to simply work harder when there are others working just as hard around them.

How do I Start?

You can simply attend one of the BASICS classes listed on the schedule to the right. Additionally we offer a Free Intro class every Saturday at 9am where we provide a free beginners workout and information on our memberships. Give us a call if you would like more information at 623.932.4338.
