Free Saturdays

Every Saturday CrossFit Fury offers a free 9 am introductory workout. These are designed for those interested in CrossFit and would like to see what we offer. This is a beginner level class and we encourage anybody of any fitness level to attend!

A typical Saturday will consist of a few minutes of getting to know each other, then we will begin a group warmup while covering key points of each movement we are looking for. After the warmup we will discuss and go through the workout for the day. Afterwards we will stretch and answer any questions you have. A typical Saturday lasts approximately 50 minutes.


No signup required, just show up at 9am sharp. You should bring water and wear comfortable clothes and shoes for which to exercise in.

CrossFit Fury also opens its doors to any CrossFitters in the community who are not members of our gym to drop in on Saturdays and workout with us and our members for free. This offer stands only during hours of operation (see schedule) until further notice.
