Crossfit Kids:

Our goal for Crossfit Kids at Fury is Broad, Inclusive, General fitness wrapped in Fun. That means we want to help your kids become healthier, and more fit, while learning to enjoy playing the sport of fitness. This involves teaching kids to grow up knowing how to move safely, eat healthy, and challenge their limits. We will work on skill movements, efficient exercise and an active game in each class. Our goal is BIG Fun, and we want your kids to be a part of it

Along with building fitness the student athletes also learn lessons about healthy nutrition, mental strength and self respect.  As they work through a variety of challenges and overcome obstacles, the kids learn to appreciate tenacity and understand what they are truly capable of.


We have two classes: Crossfit Elementary and Advanced Kids.

Crossfit Elementary is for younger grade school kids that are new to an exercise program or sport.  This class meets on Thursdays at 5:30pm and Saturday mornings at 8:15am and builds a solid foundations of proper movements, coordination and balance that will help a growing child.

CrossFit Advanced Kids Class is designed for those older kids who want to push a little harder, learn some of the technical movements, and take their fitness a little further.  The Advanced Kids class is meant for kids 8/9 to 15 years-old.  We will meet for about 45 minutes, two days a week to have some fun and get fit. This class meets on Mondays at 5:30pm and Thursdays at 6pm.
