Crossfit Fury is committed to strengthening the community.
At CrossFit Fury, we believe in building healthy lives through exercise and nutrition. This is reflected in our community events such as our annual Family Health and Fitness Day, our involvement in Team Smile and numerous other community outreach programs. Additionally, Fury owner, Peter Egyed, has been an active participant and supporter of Goodyear initiatives since 2008 and is a board member of the Goodyear Community Health Park committee. It is our dream to build a new home for Fury, a community center that would benefit Goodyear and surrounding West Valley communities for years to come. We are excited for the proposed Goodyear Community Health Park and believe our members would both benefit from and desire to share in our efforts in building a healthy community.
It is important for each of us to thoughtfully consider and participate in the planning for the future health and wellness of the West Valley for our families both now and for generations to come. Please join with us in attending the Open House Park Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 19 from 5:30-7:30 in the Goodyear Library Community Room at 14455 W. Van Buren Street, Suite C-102. If you cannot attend the Open House, we encourage you to complete the Goodyear survey. You can get to it by clicking here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SPH56XD.
Before you go, please consider what your personal answers might be to the following questions:
What do you want?
What would you like to see added to this new park geared towards health?
How can we design a park that can help people heal and stay healthy?
Together we can build a strong community!
