Be Healthy, Eat Local 

1/2 head of red cabbage
1/2 head of green cabbage
3 gala apples
1/4 cup of diced red onion
5 strips of bacon chopped
1 cup of toasted mixed raw nuts, chopped
1 cup paleo mayonnaise or miracle whip
salt and pepper to taste
dried cranberries optional
Chop red and green cabbage, apples and red onion. Combine together in a mixing bowl. Cut bacon into pieces and cook on stove. Chop mixed nuts and toast in a pan. Add dried cranberries, mayo, salt and pepper mix together and enjoy!
