With the excitement of the Furious 6 starting to build, we have decided to release WOD 1 of the Furious 6! In the first event, team members will have 5 minutes to do 20 GHD sit ups each and then 20 kettle bells swings each before trying to get as many overhead squats  in the time remaining.  Females will swing a 44lbs kettlebell and overhead squat 75#. Coeds will swing a 53lbs kettlebell and overhead squat 95lbs.  Males will swing a 62lbs kettlebell and overhead squat 115lbs.

Exercise 2 is 20 Kettlebell swings per teammate.

*For Coed teams, female must complete at least 1 OHS before the male can start*
