Olympic weightlifting is one of the best ways to increase your overall explosive power, coordination, and kinesthetic awareness. Not only will it help you feel stronger and more confident in every day life the benefits to your chosen physical activities are unmatched.
The goal of our weekly class is to dedicate time specifically to honing technique and accumulating the appropriate volume to be successful in such a demanding sport. It doesn’t matter whether you can snatch 10 kilos or 100 we all have room for improvement and refinement and we are excited to offer you some small group coaching to help advance your knowledge and abilities. The music will be loud and the shorts will be short, but don’t be afraid to jump in and reap the benefits of dedicated practice.
