In doing so we have realized how important fitness and health are as we age. While we are chasing new PR’s day after day, people we love and care about may be losing their independence and self reliance. We started our Masters program as an alternative to Basics for people who needed to focus on their most fundamental movements and truly start their fitness from the beginning.

Staring this Monday, January 14th, we will be adding a new Masters class at 12pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Anyone who signs up this month will get the whole month for free! Any current members who refer a new Masters member will get a half month free! Let your friends, family and neighbors know! Anyone can do CrossFit at any age, regardless of their fitness background and physical limitations. It’s never to late to get fit!
