Being prepared for your week is the first step to keeping your nutrition on point. Being too busy is a lousy excuse for poor eating habits and a little extra time prepping and planning your meals each week can put some serious years on your life. Today the Paleo Challengers are preparing for their first week of the Challenge and we went on a little shopping trip to get our fridges and pantries stocked with the right foods.
Over the next 8 weeks we will be and discussing what grains are not a healthy part of diets along with what foods will give us the most energy throughout the day and especially in our workouts.
