We have had some interest in adding another kids class to our weekly schedule. To meet the demand, we are adding a new Advanced Kids class to Wednesday nights starting on April 6th. This class will run from 5:30 to 6:15. Our new session will continue to push their development of speed, strength, stamina, and the other 10 elements of fitness. We look forward to increasing our chances to teach new skills and improve their strength and conditioning. We will post reminders, but plan on bringing in your kids for more elite fitness.
