Snacking


Additional items in the Paleo meal plan are nuts! Now we are not talking honey roasted penuts, or any legume for that matter but true nuts and seeds. We are talking raw walnuts, pecans, sunflower, almonds, Pepita.

Take a variety of nuts and mix them in a jar. Then take a handful with you daily for snacking. These are good source of fat, protein and vitamins. Rotate between the varietys as you run out.

Variety is always important.
