Wherever you are, whatever the situation, you can always go for a run. Maybe it is a long 5k, or some short sprints, but if you have shoes, you can get in a good workout. Our kids learned that the last few sessions. The elementary kids worked on short sprints to warm up on Thursday.
That was followed by an AMRAP of 5 squats, medicine ball carry, 5 burpees:
The elementary kids learned how fun Tabata sprints can be. 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off of sprinting.
With all of that work, we still found time to work on some skills.
