The title says it all. You all are a solid bunch. These workouts are hard and you guys push through. Plus the Muscle Up boards have to be re-written because Eric has taken the top spots for both 30 MU and Max Rep MU and Chris has made his way onto both as well.
You know that saying our warm-up is your workout? I think that could apply to other CF gyms!
Check out a couple new websites I have been working on lately (hence the light posts). One is for our Kids program and the other will document our gyms road to the Games! I believe both should be linked via to the gyms Facebook page so that you will know when they are updated. Expect to see some new authors coming on the scene…

Remember this Thursday at 9am we are offering Yoga and at 5:30pm CrossFit Kids. Now if you are a member and your account is automatically billed with us you can attend classes and pay as you go for $8 a class. Convenient huh?
Lastly on a completely unrelated note I would like to plug two programs which have made my life much easier in the last 48 hours. One is Ping.FM allows you to link just about anything online (FB, Twitter, blogs etc) and the other is GoToMyPC which allows you to remotely access your PC from another source. So right now I am eating dinner while uploading todays run videos from the gym… If only I could coach from home!
