Not a moment goes by when we are not thinking about how to make improvements around the gym. There is alot in store for Fury over the next few months. I know it does not need to be said but there is something definitely “in the air” around the gym and we will not stop to keep it ROLLING…
There were many great performances this past week and honestly just making it through all three workouts deserves credit. Three people specifically to mention: Ariel who Rx’d the workout (there were only 3 women who rx’d at regionals), Big Mike who Rx’d with 35 HSPU’s to the floor. I think he may be just Mike here shortly… and Eric with the top time of the day at 5:30!
Basics: I know you have seen them.They are a growing entity in the gym lately. We have found an excellent way of starting people onto the CrossFit program with a limited beginners membership. These members are meeting 3 days a week for about 30 minutes and we are just kicking their butts with 10-20 minute met-con style workouts. Just a heads up to you CrossFitter’s we are coming across some pretty capable athletes that will be giving you a good run for the top times every day…
T-minus two weeks until Britney and T.J. are headed to San Diego for the SD/AZ sectionals. From these sections twenty men and twenty women are moving on to Regionals in Orange County in May. Follow our Road to The Games site to stay up to date.
