Weekend Fun!

Another great weekend going down in the books for CrossFit Fury. It all started Saturday morning with a great 9am free intro class. Thanks to all you members sending in your friends… and if you have checked your email you will see it now pays off to send them in, literally!

After that we headed to Desert Sky Middle School where Josh and Aubri ran not only our twenty kids but I would say around 80 more kids through a great warmup which prepared the kids for the one mile fun run! Everything went off with out a hitch and I see huge potential for our kids program due to the great instructors!

Then today a few of us met at Westgate to get a little 5k action in before the day got started. What an event because we had 4 people place in the top ten with a 1st and 3rd place overall finishers and a second place male and third place female finishers… Great job guys!
