After much waiting the weekend post if finally here! There were some difficulties getting the video online and what not but here it is!
Check this out… CROSSFIT FURY IS SENDING A TEAM TO COMPETE FOR THE GAMES! Will you be on it?
Marathon relay team seems is a hit! There are 13 people on the board so far which is enough for 3 teams but one extra. SO that means we need 3 more! Also this Saturday we have an idea how to determine who will be on the A team….
Dude everyone rocked on the video except for watching my knees practically touch each other on the thrusters hehe need to fix that! I have to admit our gym is full of strong talented people where else could you ever see 20 people lifting simultaneously ahhh the smell of sweat in the air! As for the marathon you can add me to your roster!
