BOB!

Meet Bob. He will be working out with us for the next month while he his home from work. He is one hell of a CrossFitter and a great addition to the gym, even if only for a month.

So how should your average person know if they are getting everything they can out of their fitness program?
1 You need to see results. If not you are wasting your time. Results can be gradual and in many forms but overall you need to be making progress. Duh.

2. You should enjoy it… to some extent. Never mind scratch that one!

3. You should probably experience some type of anticipation of your next workout. Really if you want results and to make changes you are going to have to work hard and working hard is not easy.

4. Finally if you do not look like this at least occasionally after a workout, you are probably not working hard enough and therefore not getting the results you want…

Looks like we are closing the gym down this Sunday for some much need renovations. This project should be finished by Monday and classes run smoothly. Plus isnt there something on TV that you all could be watching this weekend?

By the way there were some amazing performances today in the gym all over the place. I am starting to think that eating right, and training hard is like doing drugs, but not as fun!
