CrossFit Fury is growing in every way imaginable. New members are joining all the time and now our current members are making new members! As of now we have three ladies who are pregnant in the gym!! Congrats ladies keep up the good work.
It seems doing CrossFit and getting knocked up goes hand and hand… must be due to your new awesome looks and increased vigor! There is even a CrossFit Mom website with workouts and all! Check that out.
Mark your calendars for Sunday March 7th because CrossFit Fury will be throwing a baby shower for Carl and Rachel! It will be in the afternoon and picnic style in the park. You know that will be fun!
Standards for tomorrows workout…
Paleo Challangers: We are seeing you guys knock some serious time off of your previous records for some of these workouts. We are now over three weeks in and its easy to get a little lax so stay sharp! Lets get real serious these last remaining weeks because we are all very excited to see some change!!!
I have to give a shout out to Carren today. She and Adriane were battling it out this morning at the 9am and she took it to a level I have seen few people do… Keep up the intensity!

You make me so damn nervous when you work out, Rachel. When you are working out I have this urge to get in my catchers stance just in case baby “Tabata” decides to make an appearance mid WOD. I am ready to catch her if need be!
