Finally!

Just a few weeks shy of our one year mark we have finally gotten our first female member to get a muscle up!! Great job Lisa, you are now a pioneer for the rest to follow!

So based upon the votes received so far it looks like we will be moving the competition the Friday November 13th. This will probably run from 5pm ish to about 8 or 9pm. Trust me it will be a good time… for me

Also, looks like CrossFit Fury will be having a party to cover our one year anniversary, Halloween, and Brits Birthday all in the same night. Figure we might as well do it Halloween night to make it that much more interesting.
