Failure To Thrive

Results. Ultimately that is what we are here for. I know we claim not to be vain and focus our concerns on our health and performance, but if we are not having the visible results we seek it is hard to keep pushing. If you feel what I am saying, here are a few pieces of advice as an initial check.

Consistency I dont care if your learning yoga, swimming or algebra, if you are not doing it day in and day out how do you expect to adapt? Now that doesnt mean we must be in the gym 7 days a week, but are you on schedule or are you missing multiple days on end?

Nutrition I know I never let this go. I feel like I ask more people what they had for dinner or breakfast then anything else! Seriously if you are having more cheat meals then rest days you might have a problem.

Intensity This one is a little harder then most. Are you really giving your all on your workouts or just going through the motions? Dont get me wrong, we all have bad days but for the most part are you laying it down or what? Most people can come in and half commit themselves on these workouts and experience great results, but it will only be temporary and will platue. You must give your all to get what you want!
