Looks like there may be a 5k race here in Goodyear on September 26th. This will be a good opportunity to run with people who do it for a living! When we get more information we will post it above.
Also CrossFit Fury is no longer offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Hopefully this will be a temporary problem and we will keep you updated as to changes.
