    A diet is so important for anyone of any physique. It’s a struggle for myself I seem to be the only person on a diet in my family. I try to be a role model for my kids and my family and encourage eating healthy all the time. I am glad that Nicole is sharing her story gives me some credibility when trying to explain to someone that thinks I am from outer space.
