Nothing like increasing your range of motion on a Sunday morning… Thanks to everyone who came out or stayed late to partake in our Yoga class. Andrea the instructor really put a hurt on most of us and we enjoyed it! Anything that makes you whine like a small child has got to be good for your right?? If you would be interested in attending monthly or semi monthly let us know in the comments and we will work it out!

REMEMBER This weekend coming up is the CrossFit Games. Everything regarding the gyms hours, free Saturday class and new members/on-ramp class is addressed HERE. We will post any updates as they come.

Speaking of the Games, check out SOME of the gear that has been delivered to the Ranch in Aromas…. Between that, the pullup bars outside, the HILL and any other ODD ITEMS they can scrounge up the possible workouts are endless!
