Gotta appreciate all of those CrossFit Dads out there juggling work, life, family and the gym. Big props guys, its a tough job but somebody has to do it! Remember you are a big influence to those around you so keep setting the good example. Today though, kick you heels back and enjoy yourselves, you deserve it!

Next Monday June 28th we will be starting another 2 week on-ramp course. Currently we are wrapping our third series of this on-ramp, have stream lined it quite a bit and have successfully introduced over a dozen people into our regularly scheduled classes.
