I take the krill oil pills from Costco... Of course the packaging states how it is better than just regular fish oil. Not sure if it is, but it's definitely burp free.

I started taking fish oil about a week ago, read about it in an article I found about crossfit/exertion headaches, one of the suggestions was to take 2000mg daily of an EPA/DHA fish oil. Get enteric coated...there are burp free :)
