The Zone meal charts are printed, lamented and available at the gym! They are going quick and I will have more made tomorrow so if you don’t have one come and get one! The are free under one condition….
Perform a google search for gyms in Goodyear or something of that nature and under local businesses click on more results until you find us! There should be some dorky pictures and a link that says write a review. Please write an honest review, these things go along way. Thanks!
