There is a Free Saturday class tomorrow at 9am. This is a great chance to get a small taste of CrossFit and check out the gym. No sign up necessary just show up at 9am!

you should have a crossfit pro shop and sell t-shirts, gloves for pull ups, stuff like that…
i agree with jeremy on the dj……i don’t think i’ve heard 1 song that i gave you from my playlist…and vince doesn’t want to say it but he told me “i wish pete would play more britney spears” sorry to throw you under the bus buddy but i don’t care what anyone says i like my gloves and my soft hands

Whole heartily agree with a hurricane/industrial fan. It doesn’t have to be cold, just something to move the air.
Wait unitl July if some don’t think at least TWO fans are needed. It’s going to get brutal by then. Especially running outside…..There NEEDS to be fans to cool off..
I have an old recycling bin that we don’t use any more. I will bring it in if anyone wants a place for the used, recyclable water bottles now that those dumpsters are gone. It has cheesy “eco-warrior”-type stickers all over it. V.CrossFit.. not
