A FEW THINGS WE ARE CHANGING


WATER COOLER! By this we will save the environment, save money and save the environment!

Hooks in the bathroom. They are on there way.


Music. I know its slow, but we have like 30 gigs to go through. We will do our best.


New members. You regulars are becoming such bad asses that we need to spend more time with the newbies to prepare them… guess thats a complement! The new on ramp program (fundamentals) will run for two weeks, Mon-Wed-Fri at a specific time in a small group.


Starting tuesday, No 3pm class on rest days


Starting the following Monday(5-25) We will only have the 6am and 5pm on rest days. So pay attention, if you missed a workout you can only make it up at 6am or 5pm on any rest day during the week.

Weekend hours. We are interested in moving the open gym hours earlier, say 9am to 12pm? What are your thoughts on this, more importantly will this prohibit someone who would come to attend? Let us know.
