Today is a sad day…

Joe Today we lose one of our best, baddest and brightest members… well not permanently but just for a couple months. Joe will be leaving us to continue his training out of state. It has been a pleasure getting to know you and having you at the gym. You have put up some very impressive workouts (gym records that will last much longer then your absence) and day in and day out your workout attire has never failed to match precisely! Be safe, train hard and between you and me I would go with the finger….

Remember we are having a free intro class tomorrow at 9am. This is for anyone who is interested in CrossFit to come and get a little taste. All abilities are welcome! From 10am till 12:30 the gym is open to any current CrossFit athletes to come and work out with us.

Kaila Grace

Everybody really put out today and it was awesome to be apart of it. Kaila, you fought through the workout with a barbell that was a couple lbs too heavy but you kept fighting and never gave up. Great job and we can see in inspiration in your kids eyes already!

Hey guys not too much is going on with the canned food box… I am not asking for a honey baked ham or anything, just some spare cans from around the house. Those little things can make quite the difference to people who need it.

Vince and anyone else interested here is a CrossFit Journal article where they discuss and provide plans on how to make your own parallettes… You know you have been having so much fun with them at the gym that you need a pair at home! Also linked are two articles covering routines for the parallettes. Article 1 and Article 2 Have Fun!
