Ian's Mom in Minn. keeps looking at this site and so happy to see her son doing this. In my younger days at age 38 I use to work out in a all mens gym.Hated the gyms where everyone worried about make up and how they looked before they walked into the door.Love what you are doing here...would love to see Ian in a picture:)

Murph with a vest seems to be fitting for Memorial Day. Force participants to wear combat boots for the "day in the life" experience. ;)

I'd choose to do a hero WOD that I have not attempted.

Either Badger:
3rds for time of 30 squat cleans (95#), 30 pullups, 800M run.

Or Daniel:
50 Pull ups, 400M run, 21 Thrusters (95#), 800M run, 21 Thrusters (95#), 400M run, 50 pull ups.

And I guess Murph with a vest would be an option too.

I'd probably chose Murph as well, except I wouldn't use the waited vest. I'll leave that for the real men. Although--"Hansen" and that other 20 minutes of AMRAP doom (30 box jumps, 20 PP with 115#, 30 pull-ups) would seem..."worthy"... as well.

Although, hands down the most memorable Hero WOD I've ever done is (if I remember the name correctly) JT. Three rounds of 21 DB Snatch right hand (45#), 21 L-pull ups, 21 DB Snatch left hand, 21 L-pull ups.

Have good weekend, everyone!
