		<description>That was a very motivating video!!!  I will argue that those Marines would still be able to run after that WOD.  As a matter of fact, they probably ran 3 miles to warm up for the filthy fifty and probably did a quick 3 miles to cool down.  I&#039;m just saying....</description>
