Another month has passed at the gym.
Where are you at in your training? Where were you last month and where are you going next?
It is good to try and keep these thoughts fresh in your mind, it is easy to accept the norm and nothing more.
There are updates on the Games website regarding the Affiliate Cup and the main competition. Who would be interested in attempting to make a team from the gym go to Aromas in July? Who would be interested in going as a spectator? It will be time well spent in a nice area of California if you attend.
Also here is a link from the last time tomorrow’s workout came up… That is crazy!

Wow! Crossfit Fury has come along way in terms of membership and performance since the last time Tabatha SE came up. You guys should be proud of the way your/our gym has developed. How long ago was that?
That was November 30th, just weeks after we had opened. I will say that it was on a Sunday so we are probably missing a few names. It is unreal sometimes…
