Where do you go mentally to push through the workouts? Do you turn off to deal with the pain, or embrace it?

Heads up to the 10:30 class tomorrow, I have a strength and conditioning class getting a taste of the CrossFit “koolaid” from 10am to about 11. Class is rescheduled to start around 11am, if that is too late the gym will still be open at 10:30 and you are welcome to use it. Also we have 4 other class times to choose from… maybe meet some of those names you know all so well!

We are doing an amazing job on Beyond the Whiteboard logging our workouts. If you haven’t started yet or don’t know what I am talking about, you definitely have to check out the website. On the left hand side of this website under CrossFit Fury there is a link to our gyms page there. This Friday you will have the choice to make your meal logging visible, for those of you competing in the FNA Challenge, this is the easiest way by far to log your food!

Excellent discussion topic! I tend to thrive on the pain. It’s part of the fun learning what you’re mentally and physically capable of enduring. Besides, if shit is easy… It’s probably not worth doing!
