I feel like a child on the night before Christmas… except Santa is coming to kick my ass! We are packing up and heading out tomorrow afternoon. Remember the gym is not open this weekend, and will be closed after the 10:30am class on Friday until Monday at 6am. Have a great weekend and we will do our best to keep you updated!

Peter, Leah, Brit and TJ, I am sure I can speak on behalf of everyone at CrossFit Fury in expressing our pride in your performance at the Regionals. I am sure there is a level of disappointment, nonetheless, we are very proud to represented by such tenacious, talented, and gifted athletes. You all should hold your heads up high in your performance and feel great about helping all of us with something that is very important, our health. The great thing about Crossfit is you can always get better, you can always get faster, and you can always get tougher. We can rest assured that all of you and us will. I personally appreciate everything you all have done to better my health and I look forward to what the future holds with Crossfit Fury as part of my daily life.

What a great time up in Flagstaff this weekend! It was inspiring watching the athletes give it their all and then some. Crossfitters rock!

yes there is some dissapointment, but in no way do we feel we could have done anything differently. so there is alot of satisfaction in knowing you gave every ounce you had in your effort. we will all sleep well tonight.
carl, rachel and dad thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being there with us this weekend, and carl thank you for being there on that last 800m, i quite possibly would still be out there if it were not for you.
