Full Circle

A little more then two years ago I was taking a strength and conditioning class at Estrella Mountain. During that class I was first introduced to CrossFit, the rest is history. Today I had to opportunity to host that same class (different instructor) at the gym for an introduction to CrossFit. Hopefully today we encouraged at least one person to continue training, who knows where they may be in two years!

This Sunday is Easter Sunday (duh) and its not a rest day (sh*t). So the four of us will still workout sometime during the day and obviously the gym will be open at that time (approx 60-90 min). Lets plan on the gym opening at 9am on Sunday will close between 10-10:30am. Let us know if we can be expecting you. If not have a Happy Easter!!

The afternoon classes are filling up quite a bit. Your patience while we adapt to the increased number of people is greatly appreciated. Remember our main concern is you guys getting your quality workout in an efficient and enjoyable manner!

If your the type who gets a heads up on the workout the night before, here is a map of the route we will be running. Also there will be an “option” wod, though in no possible way does option mean easier….

I think we’ll be there for Sunday… Unless there is a big ham in the picture, somewhere :)

I know we’re running today, but it’s kind of similar to this: http://www.salon.com/env/feature/2009/04/08/walking/

Sometimes I miss living in England without a car :)
