HUGE DAY TODAY IN THE GYM!! CURRENT GYM RECORDS ARE BEING DESTROYED DAILY! Today both mens and womens records were completely deshelved for Michael and yesterday Filthy 50 was tore a new one! Keep it up.
The gym will be open at 9am tomorrow for the free Saturday intro class and from 10am until 12:30 we will be open for everyone else. After that its Judo and Jiu Jitsu.
